The Las Vegas Strip is always changing. And what doesn’t change gets improved. That’s the case with the latest New York-New York upgrades have been revealed, as the property plans to remodel close to 1,900 of it’s hotel rooms and suits.
The overhaul will cost over $60 million, but most visitors to Sin City would agree that any New York-New York upgrades are not only welcomed, but long overdue. These redesigns are just part of series of upgrades taking place at the resort.
Additionally, the upgrades are said to draw inspiration from New York City itself, with the implementation to reflect the City that Never Sleeps, including new accent colors like “Big Apple Red” and “Taxicab Yellow”.
Next up, a $30 million room renovation is taking place at Circus-Circus, as they try to attract more families to the north end of The Strip. After being purchased by Phil Ruffin, the renovations being carried out include their rooms, pool area, as well as the rides and attractions.
The goal is to make sure Circus-Circus remains kid-approved, so that families have an alternative when visiting the city best known for its sinful nature. The property will remain open during these renovations. The New York-New York upgrades will also take place while the resort welcomes guests.
