Bottled Blonde, a new multi-level venue on the Las Vegas Strip, is set to open near Horseshoe Las Vegas on June 26th. The restaurant and nightlife destination will follow up on its soft opening with an official red carpet launch shortly afterward on July 18th. We first told you about this new Vegas attraction back in September of 2023 when we filmed the video below.
The venue will operate as an Italian restaurant during the day, then transition into a nightlife destination once the sun goes down. The three-story building includes a full-service restaurant on the ground floor, a sports bar on the second level, and an open-air rooftop lounge with bottle service and live DJs on the third floor.
Bottled Blonde also features a 38-foot LED video wall and more than 40 televisions spread throughout the establishment. It also offers some amazing views of the Bellagio fountains from its rooftop. The new venue is located near Ole Red, another Strip addition that has seen massive early success.
The food menu includes appetizers such as mozzarella sticks, shrimp, and pizza rolls, along with burgers, chicken dishes, paninis, and pasta. The company also has locations in other parts of the country, including Scottsdale, Arizona, and Dallas, Texas. You can see more about this new venue on the company’s website.
