What are bespoke games in Las Vegas? They are unique and hard to find! In fact, you might not see them anywhere other than Las Vegas! This week we’re taking a look at some of these custom games across Sin City, including slots machines, table games, and even horse racing!
Bespoke games are the unicorns of Las Vegas, creating unique, memorable experiences. But gaming in Nevada is so heavily regulated that these games are not always easy to locate. That’s where we come in. Over the years, many bespoke games in Las Vegas have come and gone. Red Dog Poker at Harris’ and Double Exposure Blackjack at Circus Circus, just to name a few, but some still remain and none is more famous than the Sigma Derby, which you can find only at the D on Fremont Street. This 34-year-old mechanical horse racing game let’s players bet quarters on one of. Five ponies with odds as high as 200 to one. It’s easy to locate. Just walk into the D, Listen for the cheering, and follow the crowds too Sigma Derby!
Up next, a proper casino table game that you can only find at one location in Las Vegas, it’s Penn and Teller’s Casino Monte at the Rio. This simple but exciting game is easy to win. Just pick the highest card. Place your bed on one of three betting spots, hoping that you pick the one with the highest ranking card. Once all bets are in, the dealer reveals which card is the highest. And winners are paid accordingly. Those aren’t the best odds in the world, but not the worst odds in the casino either.
Of course, many of you may be more interested in bespoke slot machines, and while some unique games like the Titan 360 are rare, and others like the Big Bertha slot have disappeared from casino floors, there’s still the Silver Strike slot machines located at the 4 Queens. These slots offer payouts you cannot get anywhere else because instead of paying out in cash, they pay out in collectible silver tokens ranging in value from $10 to $300. And while the tokens can be redeemed for money, many players hold onto them as souvenirs or valuable collectibles.
And if you are interested in bespoke games in Las Vegas, there are some unique slot machines that you might wanna check out. While they’re not one of a kind bespoke games, there’s Slots-A-Fun at Circus Circus, with retro coin operated slot machines that offer a nostalgic experience. And the Pinball Hall of Fame has unique novelty games, plus a vast collection of classic pinball machines from as far back as the 1930’s!
Finally this week, we’ve covered table games, we’ve covered slot machines, we’ve covered horse racing… sort of. So, we end with the card game. And while this is not technically a bespoke game, good luck finding it anywhere else in Las Vegas. I am of course talking about Uno! Uno? Yes, the Uno Social Club that will be opening soon at The Palms. Mattel says This will be the ultimate game night destination for an elevated social experience where friends. Where friends connect and create memories. Las Vegas will be the first of several Uno venues eventually plan to open all across the country!
