An iconic 13,200‑square‑foot Elvis Presley Villa at Westgate Las Vegas has been opened. Officially known as the Imperial Sky Villa, the room is tribute to Elvis, and where he lived during his residency which began in 1969. It was formerly called the Tuscany Sky Villa, and it occupies the resort’s top level.
The property once housed Presley’s private Las Vegas suite, later altered and renamed but retaining its historical significance. The newly unveiled villa echoes his legacy, featuring multiple bedrooms, living and dining areas, spa-style bathrooms, a private courtyard and pool, and panoramic views of the Strip. A private elevator and jacuzzis in every room underscoring the space’s luxury fit for an icon.
Westgate is marking what would have been Presley’s 90th birthday year by rolling out themed experiences. The new Elvis Presley Villa joins other signature rentals at the resort, including suites celebrating Christmas, Day of the Dead, and other elite amenities aimed at high-end travelers and group events. The villa can accommodate private gatherings and is designed to host up to 200 guests.
Resort officials say the relaunch deepens the hotel’s connection to the King of Rock ’n’ Roll and reinforces its place in Las Vegas entertainment history. The property’s “Year of Elvis” programming also includes concert recreations, exhibits, and tribute events. The Imperial Sky Villa is now available for bookings. Westgate hopes the intimate setting of the Elvis Presley Villa will appeal to fans and luxury travelers seeking a slice of Vegas history combined with exclusive hospitality.
