The Vanderpump Las Vegas market is entering a new era as reservations have officially opened for the first boutique hotel bearing the name of the famed entrepreneur. Caesars Entertainment announced that guests can now book stays at the property starting in May 2026. The hotel is the result of a comprehensive transformation of the former Cromwell which occupies a prominent position at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road.
This project represents the first dedicated hotel venture for television personality Lisa Vanderpump. It follows her established success in the local market with the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace and Vanderpump à Paris. The new Vanderpump Las Vegas destination consists of 188 guest rooms and suites that have been entirely redesigned with an aesthetic the developers call industrial romantic.
The design was a close collaboration between Vanderpump and her business partner Nick Alain. Guest rooms feature a specific color palette of moss green and dusty lilac accented by soft textures and various mixed metals. According to the development team the primary goal was to create a serene retreat for guests that provides a calm contrast to the high energy found on the casino floor. Custom furnishings and specialized lighting fixtures from the Vanderpump Alain line are used throughout the guest rooms and the public areas including the hotel reception and check in space.
As part of the property rebranding the rooftop area formerly known as Drais Beachclub has been renamed Soleia. This space is intended to serve as the resort pool and a dedicated event venue for corporate groups and private meetings. While the guest rooms and primary public spaces are undergoing renovation several existing businesses within the building will remain operational for visitors. These include the restaurant Giada as well as the Starbucks location and the Interlude casino lounge.
The arrival of this property further expands the footprint of Vanderpump Las Vegas on the Strip. Rates for the initial opening weekend in late May are currently listed at approximately 503 dollars per night plus standard resort fees. Management stated that the property aims to provide a unique boutique experience with a focus on high design and amenities personally selected by the owner.
