ristocrat announced Thursday that it will pivot to a permanent, hybrid flexible work model known as all.flex across its global operations to ensure business can continue to deliver its growth strategy.
The all.flex model comprises:
- a global policy that encourages flexible work – including opportunities for permanent hybrid or remote working – as well as other flexible options that work for individuals, their teams and the broader business
- supporting guidelines, tools and training resources
- a simplified approval process, with appropriate governance
- broad scope for local tailoring
In an official press release, Aristocrat Chief People & Culture Officer, Christie Roser, spoke about this new method and said: “Our team of more than 6,500 people around the world is highly diverse. Aristocrat knows the value that diversity and a culture of inclusion brings. With the launch of all.flex, our permanent flex hybrid work model, we’re embracing these opportunities, and responding to changing employee expectations that have only been accelerated by our experience of COVID-19.”
