Irish bookmaker BoyleSports has announced the appointment of former Wiliam Hill director Vlad Kaltenieks as chief executive. EveryMatrix announced it has received conditional approval from the Michigan Gaming Control Board for licensing in the state, after its request was submitted to the regulator earlier this year.
