SEED Innovations announced on Wednesday that the unit holders of portfolio company Leap Gaming have agreed to sell the remainder of Leap to current unit holder IMG Arena US, based on an enterprise value of €14 million ($14.7 million). The Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) is targeting SkyCity Entertainment Group’s Adelaide Casino for money laundering. The financial crime regulator started civil proceedings against the casino on Wednesday, in the latest move in a series of actions by the government against compliance failures in the country’s gambling industry. The easing of Covid-19 restrictions in Singapore has led to a “dramatic surge” in the amount of placed bets on 4-D, Toto, and sports such as football, according to local media reports.
