Gaming manufacturer and supplier PlayAGS announced Tuesday its results for the third quarter of 2022. For the period ended September 30, the company posted consolidated revenue of $78.2 million, marking the seventh consecutive quarter in which quarterly sequential revenue growth was delivered in all segments, with an overall increase of 16% year-over-year. IGT announced Wednesday its financial results for the third quarter of the year, showing an increase in revenue by 7.7% to 1.06 billion. However, chief financial officer Max Chiara stated during a conference on Tuesday that the supplier would continue to work on reducing its leverage in case of “bad times” ahead.  Adjusted EBITDA for the period was $402 million, reflecting robust Global Lottery profitability and a strong increase from Global Gaming, according to the firm. As reported by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Commission, Maryland’s six casinos have delivered a new single-month record, as they have collectively generated $212.9 million in revenue from slot machines and table games in October. On November 1, Montana’s Great Falls City Commission adopted Ordinance 3251, which removes special landscaping requirements for casinos and removes distance separation requirements between casinos and other land uses. Owners now only need to meet the distance separation requirements in State Law. US sports betting giant DraftKings has reported a third-quarter revenue increase of 136% to $502, outperforming the previously provided estimates for the period. As a consequence, the company has now raised its full-year revenue and Adjusted EBITDA guidance.
