A $600 million Hard Rock casino proposed near Mettler in Kern County, California, took a new step toward final approval late Wednesday. The Legislature has now passed a bill ratifying a gaming compact between the state and the Tejon Indian Tribe. The Colorado Department of Revenue announced this week the state’s results for the fiscal year 2021-22, which have been positively impacted by raised gambling limits for Colorado’s three casino towns. Cryptocurrency casino and betting platform Stake.com is being hit with a $400 million lawsuit from a former associate, crypto news sites report.
