Online betting and gaming company 888 Holdings announced Thursday that it has completed a previously announced sale of its entire B2C and B2B bingo businesses to Broadway Gaming Group’s Saphalata Holdings. Maryland’s casinos have reported flat numbers in June after recording the second best month in May since market launch. Last month, the six casinos generated $162.7 million of gaming revenue, up less than 1% from a year ago, and down from $178.8 million in May.  Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency reported the state’s share of June gaming was $68.4 million, the majority of which goes to the state’s Education Trust Fund.
