As reported by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission on Wednesday, the three state casinos, Plainridge Park Casino, MGM Springfield and Encore Boston Harbor generated approximately $91 million in gross gaming revenue, with Encore Boston as the top winner, having harvested $58 million in the fifth month of the year alone. Atlantic City casino workers authorized Wednesday a call to strike against the venues if new agreements are not reached by the beginning of July. According to an audit issued by Colorado’s Office of the State Auditor on Monday, which analyzed how the Division of Gaming has regulated the first full year of legal sports betting in the state, the division allegedly hands out too many temporary licenses.
