P ennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf said on Tuesday the state will lift all COVID-19 restrictions, except mask-wearing in public, on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31 at 12:01 AM.   Therefore, casinos will be able to expand capacity to 100% as of that day.
