Gaming provider Zitro is expanding its reach in North America with a new distribution agreement with KGM, a supplier of casino gaming equipment and systems in the United States. Land-based and online casino operator Affinity Interactive announced that its affiliates have entered into a definitive agreement to sell Rail City Casino in Sparks, Nevada, to Truckee Gaming. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close before the end of 2023, subject to regulatory approval and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Gaming manufacturer and supplier PlayAGS announced Thursday its results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2022. For the three-month period ended December 31, the company posted record revenue of $81.7 million, marking the eighth quarter in which quarterly sequential revenue growth was delivered in all segments, an increase of 16% year-over-year. US casino giant Caesars Entertainment has unveiled plans to bolster its responsible gaming policies by raising the age restriction for Caesars Rewards and expanding its self-exclusion program, a launch that is taking place during Problem Gambling Awareness Month.  The Reno-based operator of some of the Strip’s biggest properties said last week that it will implement its self-exclusion program across its entire gaming portfolio by the end of March. Crypto technology company Bakkt Holdings announced Thursday a partnership with US casino giant Caesars Entertainment. A Missouri House committee considered a bill Wednesday that would put a constitutional amendment before voters to expand casino gambling. House Joint Resolution 23 would put a measure on the ballot that, if passed, would allow the Missouri Gaming Commission to grant a license for a casino on the Osage River.  Bill sponsor Rep Jeff Knight cited projections that a casino in the Lake of the Ozarks area could net about $100 million in revenue annually.
