Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut has announced the appointment of Blair Bendel as Senior Vice President of Marketing, in a move to further strengthen the venue’s brand management and expansion goals for 2022 and beyond.
Prior to joining Foxwoods, Bendel held various roles at Boyd Gaming, most recently serving as Regional Vice President of Marketing. At Boyd Gaming, Bendel oversaw strategy, analysis and project management for a variety of gaming and hospitality properties, including Ameristar St. Charles, Ameristar Kansas City, Belterra Casino Resort, and Belterra Park Cincinnati.
He brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, focusing on strategic planning, loyalty programs, profitability and social media in the hospitality industry. As a member of the senior leadership team at Foxwoods, Bendel will oversee entertainment, player development, special events, direct/database marketing, advertising, brand, social, web/app and public relations.
