Eilers & Krejcik Gaming (EKG) announced Friday the details of the 4th Annual EKG Slot Awards Show, to be held on February 24, 2022, when Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will be both the host and the show’s Platinum Sponsor. There will be a cocktail hour prior to the main event, followed by the awards ceremony and then it will wrap up with an exclusive after party.
Official nominees for all award categories will be announced in January 2022 along with inductees into The EKG Slot Awards Hall of Fame Class of 2022. Award winners will be announced at the show in February.
Brian Christopher, host of the gaming industry’s largest slot-focused YouTube and Facebook channels, has agreed to be the official host of the awards show.

Gavin Isaacs, who is currently on the Board of Directors of Galaxy Gaming Ltd and I.C. Intelligence LLC (Spotlight). He is also an advisor to Jackpocket, an online lottery app and to PureSoftware, a developer and talent source based in India. He is also the Chairman of Altitude Acquisition Corporation (ALTU), a SPAC focused on Travel and Technology. Gavin was previously a Board member of Draftkings Ltd, the Chairman of SBTech and before that was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Scientific Games. Prior to Scientific Games, he was CEO of SHFL Entertainment and the EVP and COO of Bally Technologies.

Debi Nutton, a gaming consultant and executive coach. Most recently Debi assisted with the openings of Encore Boston Harbor and Resorts World Las Vegas. Prior to that, Debi served as EVP of Casino Operations for Wynn Las Vegas. Before joining Wynn, Debi held the position of Senior Vice President of Casino Operations at MGM Resorts. She is also a member of the G2E Advisory Board and serves as a mentor for Global Gaming Women.

Mike Gatten, who is the Corporate Senior Vice President of Slot Strategy for MGM Resorts International. Mike started his career at MGM Resorts International in 1996 at The Mirage as a Slot Club Representative and was quickly promoted to Assistant Slot Club Shift Supervisor. He transferred to ARIA in January 2013 as the Vice President of Slot Operations & Marketing. He held this position until moving on to MGM Resorts International as the Corporate Vice President of Direct Marketing Strategy in April 2016. He led the department until his most recent promotion to Corporate Senior Vice President Slot Strategy.
