Yessir, FURIA did lose to Cloud9 earlier today, but it was a match of no real value for them. You see, even with that loss, FURIA can still go 4-1 in the group by beating Gambit and tie the top spot race. In that case, they’d win the tiebreaker because of their h2h advantage over the CIS champions. So yeah, we have another final-round banger to watch. Best of all, it’s not the only one. FURIA vs. Gambit is the play-in decider, with NaVi and Cloud9 in an indirect fight for the third-place.
The fourth day of #ESLProLeague group C is all wrapped up!@GambitEsports & @FURIA are now both confirmed for playoffs with @Cloud9 & @natusvincere having to fight for the third spot in their final games on Wednesday. 😬 pic.twitter.com/zRTdGf09Nv

S1mple and the company are the favorites coming into the final round. They only depend on their own match since they’ve defeated Cloud9 earlier in the opening round. One last thing – group D starts in three days and it will also bring forth a ton of awesome CSGO betting opportunities.
But, enough about other teams and groups! From now on, we’re all about FURIA vs Gambit predictions!
FURIA vs Gambit Betting Predictions
While we’re talking about predictions, if you’ve followed our last pick (NaVi vs MIBR) through you must’ve had a near life-ending experience. My oh my, that first map was hella intense! Let’s hope our FURIA vs Gambit predictions have a smoother finish!
Where to Place CSGO Wagers?
Whether we’re talking about parlays, props, or good old singles, these esports bookies will have you covered! And, mind you, we’re only talking about legit real-money betting sites here, none of that shady skin gambling business. That’s what we’re all about here!
Form
Gambit are obviously the in-form team right now! They’ve been absolutely fuming with confidence lately, winning IEM XV World Championship and dealing with group C like true champs. They have just one loss in their last eleven matches, and it was against CPHF of all teams, during Snow Sweet Snow #2.
Despite all setbacks and recent roster alterations, FURIA has been one of the most consistent teams out there. True, we’re not talking about top 4 consistency here, but a couple of fine outings nevertheless. Of course, they’re still nowhere near their 2020 form, but they have plenty of room for improvement in upcoming events… this one included.
Remember, both Gambit and FURIA are already through to the playoffs with the only thing up for grabs being the play-in stage. But, that’s not to be taken for granted either! If they win the play-in clash, they’ll go straight through to the semifinals. If that’s not worth fighting for, I don’t know what is…
Map Depth
FURIA seems to be avoiding Dust 2 and Vertigo. In this scenario, they ought to ban Vertigo as it’s one of Gambit’s strongest maps! The same goes for Mirage – five wins in five last outings, not bad for the Russians, huh?
FURIA have been nothing but superb on Train, though we can’t really say Gambit have been poor on it. What will be Gambit’s ban? They typically opt for Nuke, though knowing FURIA’s track record there, I wouldn’t be surprised if they straight up ban Train instead.
All in all, Gambit continue to look like the stronger team here. Not only are they in far better form than the Brazilians, but they also have better map pool stats. It seems like a win-win situation for them, which is where our FURIA vs Gambit predictions seem to be heading.
Individual Qualities
Lastly, let’s talk individuals! Even though CSGO teams are much more than the sums of their individual parts, evaluating individuals is an all-important aspect of FURIA vs Gambit predictions! At the first glance, neither team has a world-class standout individual in their ranks.
But, form-wise, Gambit’s trio has to be pointed out! Ax1Le, Hobbit and sh1ro have been absolutely amazing on ESL Pro League S13. They’re topping the charts stats-wise and doing everything they can to win every single round.
I’m not saying FURIA’s players haven’t been doing the same. On the contrary, their concentration and resilience against Team One in the opening round is what helped them get to where they are right now. Even though they might not have world-class individuals, their teamwork more than makes up for it. The question is, will teamwork alone be enough to swing past in-form Gambit?
FURIA vs Gambit Picks
A straightforward match-winner for Gambit is what I’m going with here. The value is there, that’s for sure – Gambit’s sheer willpower and impeccable teamwork ought to be enough to push them through against the Brazilians. If not that, then surely their second to none clutch potential!
Looking for riskier bets? Well, I’m afraid I have nothing else for you here. Usually, in similar situations, I’d suggest correct score or over/under… but I’m not confident to do such a thing with this matchup. It’s going to be much closer than most people think, but it could be a snowball-friendly stomp too. There’s just no way to tell how these two teams will venture into the first map.
So yeah, that’s that for our FURIA vs Gambit betting predictions! Odds are courtesy of BetOnline. Check out our BetOnline review here.
