Canadian gaming operator Gateway Casinos and Entertainment has announced the relaunch of its loyalty rewards program, My Club Rewards. The updated program includes a new exclusive partnership with Baha Mar, a CAD 4.8 billion ($3.5 billion) integrated resort, casino and waterpark in Nassau, Bahamas.
“With 14 Gateway properties across Ontario, guests can now play and earn points at their local casino and redeem them for the finest rewards at Casino Rama Resort,” the company said in a statement. “Members can now access an unmatched level of experiences, including hotel stays, spa retreats, cruises, concerts, and more.”

Exclusive contests and special offers from Norwegian Cruise Line, PlayStudios and the NFL are available to MCR members as part of the relaunch, says Gateway. Also included is the new partnership with Baha Mar Resort in the Bahamas, which is home to three oceanfront hotels: Rosewood Baha Mar, SLS Baha Mar, and Grand Hyatt Baha Mar.
The destination offers the largest casino in the Caribbean, a Jack Nicklaus signature-designed golf course, a world-class racquet club, a full-service ESPA spa, a nature sanctuary, an explorers club for kids, an all-new luxury beachfront waterpark Baha Bay, and culinary concepts led by celebrity chefs such as Marcus Samuelsson and Daniel Boulud, points out a press statement.

The enhanced MCR program is set to work as a portal to the “Reward Life,” which Gateway describes as a connected ecosystem of benefits and rewards for its guests. There are five My Club Rewards tier levels — rewards, silver, gold, elite and ultra. Dependent on MCR tier status, members can enjoy exclusive discounts at Gateway’s signature restaurants.
MCR members can visit, play and collect points at any of Gateway’s 14 properties across Ontario. As points are collected, they can be redeemed for Resort Rewards and used for multiple amenities, including concerts, hotel stays and spa retreats at Casino Rama Resort. Gateway’s partnerships with Norwegian Cruise Line and Baha Mar give MCR members exclusive offers and contests as a benefit of their membership.
