In Week 14, the Indianapolis Colts travel to Las Vegas to take on the Raiders in a battle that will impact the AFC Playoff standings.
Currently, the Colts are in the 7th and final AFC Wild Card spot just one game ahead of the Raiders. If Las Vegas wins, they will move into the 7th spot due to owning the tie breaker with a better conference record.
Can the Raiders continue proving the doubters wrong or will the Colts fend off the rest of the pack which also includes the Ravens for the 7th seed? Kickoff inside Allegiant Stadium is at 4:05PM ET.

Colts vs Raiders NFL Game Preview
The Colts and Raiders have played against each other 18 times and it’s Las Vegas who holds the slight advantage with a 10-8 record.
This will be the third straight year that these two teams have played against each other. The Raiders won the meeting last year by the score of 31 to 24. Surprisingly, the Colts hold a 5-4 advantage in games at the Raiders.
- The Indianapolis Colts (8-4) beat the Texans last weekend and have won three of their last four games, which includes wins against the Titans and the Packers. Can the Colts hold off the Raiders this weekend with a big conference road win?
- The Las Vegas Raiders (7-5) needed a small miracle to beat the Jets in Week 13. A touchdown with a few seconds left saved Las Vegas from an embarrassing loss. It’s unclear if star running back Josh Jacobs will be back for this matchup or not. The Raiders aren’t as explosive without him.

Free NFL Sports Bet and Game Prediction: Colts -1 (-128)
I think this is free money as I believe the Colts will beat the Raiders pretty handedly. Indy is the better team on both sides of the ball and I am surprised that oddsmakers feel this game is pretty much a tossup.
Despite Rivers’ injured toe, this team is getting healthier at the right time. Plus, they got back some key contributors from the covid list and I expect the Colts to go down to Las Vegas and hit the jackpot with a crucial December win.
The Raiders snapped a two game skid by barely beating the Jets 31 to 28. As mentioned above, it took a bomb to WR Ruggs and a blown coverage for the Raiders to win with a few seconds left in the game. That play also cost Jets defensive coordinator Greg Williams his job.
The Raiders’ bread and butter is running the ball. But, if they don’t have Josh Jacobs, they will have troubles moving the chains on the ground against a defense that allows 100.9 rushing yards per game. Even if they have Jacobs, I still don’t see Las Vegas keeping up with Indy on the scoreboard.

Conversely, the Colts like to run the ball as well, as they average nearly 105 rushing yards per game and have a healthy three man backfield.
But, Indy can also throw the ball, which is evident by their 273.3 passing yards per game. The Raiders give up 264 passing yards per game and this is why I think the Colts will win.
If the Jets can put up nearly 200 yards passing and 28 points on the Raiders then I don’t see Indy having much of an issue scoring on Sunday. Furthermore, I don’t see this Raiders’ pass defense being able to slow down Rivers and the Colts offense.
I actually think Indy will win by more than a touchdown on Sunday. Look for Rivers to throw for 275 yards and a couple of TDs as Indy puts some breathing room between themselves and the Raiders.
