It’s another busy day of racing across the UK, with the second day of the Cambridgeshire meeting at Newmarket and two televised races from York.
The Group 2 Joel Stakes heads up the ITV4 Racing, with 2000 Guineas runner-up Master Of The Seas likely to take all the beating.

FRIDAY RACING TIPS – 24th September – ITV4 Racing
Here are our racing tips for today’s ITV races….
13:50 – Ummalnar – 7/1
Won a listed race at Dundalk at the tail end of last year, before disappointing when last of five at Newcastle in January. Has not been seen since and also changed yards to Roger Charlton. Chance if new stable have him ready after a long lay-off.
14:25 – Sayyida – 7/2
Twice a winner over C&D earlier this year, most recent effort when finishing fourth in the Prix Minerve at Deauville. That form looks decent and can go well here with William Buick in the saddle again.
15:00 – Majestic Glory – 85/40
Has a favourites chance after winning the Sweet Solera on the July course here in August. That was her first attempt at 7f and the Frankel filly has seen that form franked since. Ryan Moore takes the ride for the first time.
15:35 – Laneqash – 6/1
Two decent runs this autumn, second in the Hungerford Stakes at Newbury followed by a third in the Park Stakes at Doncaster, puts the 3-y-o in the mix here. Those races followed a 10-month break so he is open to further improvement, and the step-up to 1m should suit.

14:05 – Treacherous – 11/1 EW
Can prove a danger in an open race despite being winless for over a year now. Has a bit to find with Mr Waygu on their Stewards’ Sprint running in July, but has since just failed when a fast finishing second at Windsor and a close fourth in the Portland at Doncaster two weeks ago. Big shout if he can replicate that form.
14:40 – Poet’s Magic – 8/1
Consistent sort who has only finished out of the frame once in nine races this season. On latest effort at Ayr last week was headed on the line to lose by a neck; running off the same mark should go close again.
