iGaming industry supplier Pragmatic Play announced Friday the launch of “Wild Depths”, an aquatic-themed slot filled with Free Spin, Wild and Scatter features.
Played out on a submerged set of reels surrounded by coral, this underwater gaming setting provides players with up to 40 ways to win and the potential to win up to 5,000x their bet.
High value symbols arrive in the form of blue, yellow and orange fish, while medium value symbols are represented by starfish and two seashells. Landing five of the same symbol provides players with payouts worth up to 20x their bet.
The Wild symbol for this game is a bubble and is instrumental to the player’s ability to land larger catches, helping them to complete winning paylines. The Roaming Wilds feature ensures that Wilds remain on the reels after each win, with the symbols moving up one position on each subsequent spin until they finally disappear.
The Scatter symbol is a clam containing a giant pearl; landing three or more Scatter symbols in the base game will trigger the Free Spins round, along with six, nine or 12 Free Spins.
Hitting three or more Scatter symbols during the Free Spins round will provide an instant payout and retrigger the feature, granting five additional Free Spins. Landing a Wild Symbol during the Free Spins will also trigger a respin.
