iGaming solutions provider Skywind Holdings announced it has finalized its acquisition of UK technology company Intouch Games Group, marking a key milestone for the group as it continues to increase its B2C presence in Europe’s largest market.
Since its establishment in 2001, Intouch Games Group has grown in the continent and in the world, with over 500 employees based in UK, Cyprus, Romania, Vietnam and Taiwan. It is also home to eight casino brands including mFortune, Jammy Monkey and Mr Spin.
Intouch Games offering will enhance Skywind’s extensive portfolio, sitting alongside slot and Live Casino games, a press release explains. The move is also set to introduce Skywind’s content to new players across the UK.
Having recently created successful B2C partnerships in Romania and Colombia, this acquisition was “a natural fit and will immediately increase Skywind’s presence and visibility in UK, a key European market,” the company stated.
Skywind describes itself as a company founded in 2012 by a group of highly-respected industry professionals, experienced in producing premium content and innovative iGaming solutions. Since then, the company has grown its portfolio to include over 200 video slots, Live Casino games, and player engagement tools.
