Cardinals vs Seahawks NFL Game Preview
These two divisional foes have played against each other 43 total times with each team winning 21 games apiece. There was also one tie which came in October 2016. Furthermore, each team has won three games over the last six matchups.
The Cardinals beat the Seahawks already this season with a thrilling overtime victory in late October. In fact, they have won two straight against Seattle as they also beat the Seahawks on their home turf last December.
- The Arizona Cardinals (6-3) connected on a Hail Mary in Week 10 to defeat the Bills and move up in the NFC West standings. They have one of the best offenses in the NFL and have an electric QB in Kyler Murray who makes life hard for opposing defenses. Can the Cardinals claim the division lead this week?
- The Seattle Seahawks (6-3) has dropped two in a row and look helpless on defense. Yet, it was their offense that failed them in Week 10 as they only put up 16 points against the Rams at home. This team has a short week to fix some of their major problems and it’s not just the weather that’s gloomy in Seattle.

Free TNF Sports Bet and Game Prediction: Arizona Cardinals +3 (+110)
On the season, Arizona is 3-1 SU and 3-1 ATS on the road. Furthermore, they’re 2-1 ATS in the last three meetings against the Seahawks and 5-0 ATS in the last five games at Seattle.
Additionally, in the last three head to head meetings each team has scored 24.6ppg. On the season, Arizona is averaging 29.56ppg and the Seahawks are averaging 32.22ppg.
In the last six matchups between these two teams, the games have been decided by 3 points or less in five of them.
I point out all of that to preface why I am taking the Cardinals and the three points. These divisional matchups are always close, which was proven a few weeks ago when Arizona won by a field goal in OT.
But, that’s not the only reason why I am going with the Cardinals. Arizona is averaging 263.9 passing yards per game and the Seahawks are allowing 364.7 ypg.
In the first matchup, Murray threw for 360 yards, 3 TDs and just 1 INT. He also ran for 67 yards and a TD. Murray outdueled Russell Wilson in their first matchup and I see him doing that again this Thursday.

Seattle has been one dimensional for most of the season, but over the last few weeks they’ve been dreadful. That’s largely due to the team missing their top two running backs especially Chris Carson. If he can return this week then this team will be more balanced and more dangerous.
I expect this game to be a shootout once again. Their first game this season was a 71 point explosion. With an O/U of 58.5 points for this matchup, online betting sites are expecting another high scoring affair.
I like the Over in this matchup, but I like the Cardinals getting three points even better. I only wish I jumped on the line when Arizona was getting 5.5 points.
Kyler Murray is quickly rising up the ranks for the NFL MVP award this season as Russell Wilson is slowly fading. The Seahawks need a win desperately and could pull it out with a last minute score or Arizona could win the contest outright.
With that said, I just don’t see Seattle winning by more than a FG with the way they’ve looked over the last month. The Seahawks have dropped three of their last four games and have gone from one of the best NFC teams to a team in trouble.
Arizona has won four of their last five games and look like a team that will make the Playoffs. Take the Cardinals getting three points.
