The Venetian Las Vegas celebrated its 25 anniversary a few weeks ago on May 3rd. Now the resort has plans to invest $1.5 billion into renovation work in honor of the occasion. Work will begin to update all 4,000 of their suites in the Venetian towers, and they should be ready to welcome Sin City guests in September.
This redesign of the suites draw inspiration from the Venetian Carnival, and will inject a more modern, vibrant flair while still retaining the tradition of Venetian Las Vegas, according to a statement from the company. Their President and CEO, Patrick Nichols, said the resort innovative spirit “…has had a massive impact on Las Vegas over the last 25 years and paved the way for our visionary $1.5 billion reinvestment today.
In addition to the revamped accommodations, the redevelopment brings top-tier amenities to Las Vegas, including innovative culinary experiences led by renowned chefs, details of which will be revealed later this year. You may also recall they unveiled an all new Venetian Rewards program earlier in 2024 with enhanced earning transparency for slots, along with better benefits and more ways to earn Rewards Points away from the casino floor.
Additionally, the Venetian Las Vegas renovations will bring exciting new gaming options, such as The Palazzo High Limit Lounge, and a revamped sportsbook in collaboration with Yahoo. That multi-year naming rights deal will feature the Yahoo Sportsbook powered by William Hill, and a fresh poker room set to launch this summer.
