According to local media reports, the number of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) in Macau has seen a 13.4% year-over-year decrease to 1677 in the first nine months of 2022. According to a report from the Financial Intelligence Office, STRs proceeding from casino operators fell by 15.5% year-over-year to 866 during the period from January to September. Louisiana’s Treasure Chest Casino is set to relocate to land after nearly 30 years of operating as a floating casino in suburban New Orleans.
