iGaming provider BGaming announced Thursday that the studio has been granted a Class II license from the Romanian National Gambling Office, thus expanding its international reach. The provider is now allowed to deliver its products to the Romanian market. The New Jersey Lottery has proposed an amendment to a rule that states that lottery courier service websites and mobile applications can only sell Lottery-authorized games. The suggested change would allow lottery couriers applications to offer internet and mobile gaming, as well as online sports wagering, through a shared or separate wallet. In July of this year, we reported about Station Casinos decision to close and demolish three of their Las Vegas properties. Those included Fiesta Henderson, Fiesta Rancho, and Texas Station. The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) unveiled Thursday the results of the AGEM Index for September, showing a decline by 91.73 points to 739.77, an 11% fall from the prior month.  Compared to the same period last year, the index was down 306.97 points, or 29.3%. The Nevada Gaming Control Board announced Thursday the appointment of Deputy Chief Kristi Torgerson as Chief of the Enforcement Division of the Nevada Gaming Control Board, effective October 31, 2022. She will succeed Chief James Taylor, who is retiring after 27 years of service to the Board, on October 30.
