The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers announced Friday that its AGEM Index rose by 20.68 points to 883.10 in May, marking a 2.4% increase from April. Compared to 2021, the index was down 96.59 points, or 9.9%.  During the latest reporting period, six of the AGEM Index companies reported stock price increases, while the other six posted declines in stock price. According to data released Wednesday by the Virginia Lottery, state bettors wagered $399.5 million in April, a 69% increase year-over-year.
