Casino and entertainment giant Bally’s Corp. is set to purchase a minority stake in provider of digital marketing promotions and loyalty solutions Snipp Interactive, the parties announced on Tuesday. Additionally, a commercial agreement has been reached for the integration of the SnippLOYALTY platform into Bally’s physical and digital properties. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved Wednesday consent agreements between the PGCB’s Office of Enforcement Counsel and two licensed manufacturers plus four casino operators resulting in a total of $238,500 in fines.
