Technology provider Win Systems announced Wednesday it will participate in the National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA) tradeshow in Anaheim on April 21-22, where it will showcase its WIGOS casino management system.

The company will be showcasing its products in its booth #1656, and it has already registered the interest from several operators to learn about WIGOS and its features to build loyalty and reward players, together with its business intelligence tools to optimize operational management.

WIGOS is already installed in several casinos operated by Indian tribes in different states in the US and in Canada. Given WIGOS’ growth, the company is currently working on many ongoing projects that will soon be announced.

Since WIGOS was first installed in the United States in 2015, the company has grown in many casinos in different jurisdictions within the country. “This expansion has been achieved thanks to Win Systems’ constant investment in R&D, allowing WIGOS to offer new features and tools for such a developed market as North America is”, the company stated. “Despite the interruption from the pandemic, the number of casinos that have joined WIGOS has grown exponentially in the last two years. Today, Win Systems has more than 100,000 machines connected to its CMS”.

According to a press release, many operators have shown interest also in its latest development in payment methods, the WinUp Wallet, which allows players to manage their game balance and access casino services from their mobile phones.

Chad Dickie, EVP and GM of Win Systems USA, spoke in an official statement and said: “At Win Systems, we are certain that the development we have achieved with WIGOS places us as a valuable alternative for operators in the United States and Canada. WIGOS has demonstrated in several venues that we can assist casinos to enhance their operation and build patron’s loyalty. We can’t wait to welcome all operators at booth #1656 at NIGA event to showcase all we can achieve together.”
