A hearing date has been set on the State of New Jersey’s motion for reconsideration of a judge’s Feb. 25 decision that the much-discussed PILOT tax proposal is in violation of a 2018 consent order. Gaming revenue in Macau fell to its lowest level in 18 months after plunging 56% in March, according to data shared by the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau.
