Virginia sportsbooks posted their most lucrative month yet as revenue in November surged to nearly $50 million on more than $400 million in wagers, producing a record month of tax revenue for the state. Virginia has now posted three consecutive months of record revenue, adding to a historic surge of sports betting this fall across the U.S., according to PlayVirginia, which tracks Virginia’s sports betting market. Nevada casinos set a record in November for the most consecutive months winning more than $1 billion from players, the Nevada Gaming Control Board reported Wednesday. The Circa Resort in downtown Las Vegas will host free COVID-19 vaccination clinics for employees and the public every Wednesday in January, officials announced this week.  It will be located in the ballroom on the resort’s third level.
