Petersburg’s new state delegate Kim Taylor, R-Dinwiddie, has introduced the House version of Petersburg gambling referendum legislation after voters in Richmond, Virginia, rejected the project. Australia’s financial crime regulator is expanding its Star Entertainment Group money laundering probe, the company announced in a statement to the ASX on Friday. The Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Central (AUSTRAC) has decided to now expand the scope of its investigation to other entities within The Star group, besides the initial probe at Sydney’s casino. The Seneca Nation of Indians has signed an agreement with New York to discontinue ongoing litigation over the tribe’s compact with the state.
