The Illinois Racing Board rejected on Thursday a request from Arlington International Racecourse to operate off-track betting (OTB) parlors in the state next year. Gross gaming revenue dipped by approximately $8 million in Massachusetts in November when compared to October, according to figures reported by the state Gaming Commission.
