The Nevada Resort Association, the state’s primary trade association for major casinos, is launching a non-partisan political action committee (PAC) to support “business-minded” legislative candidates of both major parties who support the state’s gaming industry, according to a press statement released by the group on Monday. A proposed bill that would ban smoking in Atlantic City’s casinos is picking up more bipartisan support.
