 October 7, 2021 Trailing their competitor, FanDuel, by a significant market share, a DraftKings takeover of Entain has been floated… a deal worth an estimated $22.4 billion. The international bookmaker confirmed the offer in a filing with London Stock Exchange. An initial offer of 2,500 pence per share was made, but subsequently rejected by Entain. Doubles Sept. 2020 A fter reaching an all-time high in August,  AGEM Index continued its upward trend in September 2021, rising 33.86 points to a new record of 1,046.74.  Compiled by the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM), the data shows that the monthly rise in the index was driven by gains from five companies, which overcame negative index contributions by the other seven companies.
