Bills vs Cardinals NFL Game Preview

These two franchises have only played against each other 11 total times with the Bills leading the series at 7 to 4. Buffalo has won six of the last seven meetings including two in a row. The series is tied 3 to 3 when the games are played at Arizona.

  • The Buffalo Bills (7-2) are off to their best start in nearly 30 years and look to go 8-2 heading into their Week 11 bye. The Bills are coming off a tremendous win at home over Seattle where Josh Allen threw for over 400 yards. Buffalo is 3-1 on the road this season and look to get a big Week 10 win.
  • The Arizona Cardinals (5-3) lost a close game to the Dolphins last weekend, but had a chance to tie it up with a late field goal. Unfortunately, they missed the field goal and dropped to 2-2 at home on the season. Can the Cardinals defense slow down this Bills offense?

Free NFL Sports Bet and Game Prediction: Buffalo Bills (+110)

I am really surprised with the Cardinals opening as a three point favorite and still remaining favored heading into the middle of this week.

Buffalo has a better record, has played a tougher schedule, and has won three in a row. The Cardinals just lost and are only 2-2 at home this year. Furthermore, they’ve only beaten one team this year with a winning record which was Seattle who Buffalo just crushed.

The Bills defense has yet to play a great game this season, but is improving during the last three weeks. However, they do give up 125.9 rushing yards per game and the Cardinals average 162.9 ypg on the ground. Buffalo will need to contain QB Kyler Murray if they want to win this game.

The Cardinals defense allows 265.6 passing ypg while Buffalo is averaging 289.9 passing ypg and QB Josh Allen is coming off a 400 yard performance with four total touchdowns.

In their last two games, the Cardinals have given up 884 total yards which is 442 total ypg. Buffalo is averaging 390.2 total ypg.

Furthermore, the Cardinals allowed rookie QB Tua Tagovailoa to throw for 248 yards and 2 TDs last weekend. Two weeks ago, they allowed Russell Wilson to throw for 388 yards and 3 TDs. Now they face a red hot Josh Allen who will carve up this bird defense like its Thanksgiving.

This is going to be a fun game to watch as both teams have explosive offenses and put up a lot of points. In fact, you could make an argument to go with the Over 56 points in this matchup instead of the Bills moneyline.

With that said, I just think the Bills are firing on all cylinders right now on the offensive side of the ball and the Cardinals are going to have a hard time slowing them down.

Conversely, the Bills defense is getting better each week as they’re starting to blitz more, hit the QB more, get more sacks and force more turnovers.

During their three game winning streak, Buffalo has tallied four INTs, 3 forced fumbles and 13 sacks.  That’s a marked improvement over their first six games of the season.

I’m taking Josh Allen and the Bills to outduel Kyler Murray and the Cardinals in a high scoring shootout in the desert. Bills win 34 to 28 in another exciting win for the Bills.
