Caesars Entertainment has launched its horse racing account wagering app, Caesars Racebook, in Illinois. With this launch, Illinois now becomes the 21st state to feature Caesars Racebook, following successful recent rollouts in West Virginia, New York, Florida, and Ohio.
As per Caesars’ social media posts, horse bettors in Illinois can download the app and receive a 100% deposit match bonus on initial deposits up to $200. Caesars Racebook provides apps for both Android and iOS devices, along with a website for users who prefer computer access. It is important to note that Caesars Racebook is a separate app from Caesars Sportsbook.

Caesars Racebook is a collaborative effort between Caesars Entertainment and the New York Horse Racing Association (NYRA). Illinois residents have already had access to NYRA’s pari-mutuel wagering services, as part of the several options the state provides for its bettors.
As per media reports, NYRA Bets is among several online racebooks accepting entries from bettors in Illinois, alongside 1/ST Racing, AmWager, DRF Horse Racing, FanDuel Racing, TVG, and Twinspires. BetMGM Horse Racing and DK Horse are the only two prominent national online racebooks yet to be available in Illinois.
Caesars Racebook is fully integrated into Caesars Rewards. Users earn one Caesars Rewards credit for every $3 risked on pari-mutuel pools in the app, which can be utilized for bets in either the Caesars Racebook or Caesars Sportsbook apps in Illinois.
The rewards extend beyond digital redemption, with Caesars operating three physical casinos in Illinois where members can use their credits on various experiences and goods. Grand Victoria Casino Elgin, Harrah’s Joliet, and Harrah’s Metropolis are the properties where members can enjoy benefits such as free play, comped dining, hotel stays, spa visits, and tickets to live entertainment.
Each wager made through Caesars Racebook accumulates Caesars Rewards Tier Credits, thus enhancing players’ status. Moreover, players accrue Reward Credits, which hold the potential for redemption in exclusive Caesars Rewards experiences across Caesars’ extensive network of over 50 destinations across the U.S. and Canada.
Caesars Rewards members also have the option to convert their Reward Credits into Wyndham Rewards points, facilitating the possibility of redeeming them for stays at a wide range of hotels, vacation club resorts, and vacation rentals spanning across more than 50,000 global locations.
