Reports finally surfaced that he would be challenging Melvin Manhoef on November 5th. Hardcore fans are well aware of Manhoef. He’s considered one of the most ferocious strikers in the history of MMA.

This won’t be a walk in the park for Corey Anderson. Anytime Melvin Manhoef steps into the cage, he produces chaos. It is a winnable fight, though. Many are now flocking to different US online sportsbooks to place their wagers on who will come out on top.

“For me, it’s like a test,” Manhoef said. “I know I can do it. People don’t think so, but I think I can and my team. It’s a massive fight. I want to shock the world… I don’t know what he’s going to do, but it doesn’t matter. “I’m going to keep the fight standing, and I’m going to try to do everything to win this fight. Everybody has pressure, but for Corey, it’s more, because he should be very easy [to win], people say. We’re going to see what’s going to happen.”

Thiago Santos hasn’t fought since his razor-thin loss to Jon Jones back in July of 2019. That fight proved he’s one of the best 205-pound fighters on the planet. The oddsmakers list him as the -230 favorite to get the win on Saturday.

UFC 255 is scheduled to take place on November 21st. This is the sole Pay-Per-View event of the month and features two exciting flyweight title bouts. It’s not quite as stacked as some of the other cards we’ve seen this year, but this event should produce fireworks.
