he American Gaming Association (AGA) and Reed Exhibitions said Monday they are working towards hosting a hybrid, in-person and virtual, Global Gaming Expo (G2E) from October 4–7, 2021.

Organizers said they will keep G2E community members on their ongoing planning efforts to convene the gaming industry safely this fall. As a first step in this process, G2E has added a health and safety page on the G2E website that contains Reed Exhibitions’ initial planning information for events and will be the foundation when developing G2E-specific guidelines.

“This content will continue to evolve as we learn from other in-person events and consult with local and state officials in Nevada and the Sands Expo. G2E-specific safety plans and official regulations will be available here as they become available,” organizers said. “This information has been assembled with the safety of our exhibitors, attendees, and staff as our primary focus.”

Moving forward, they said they will share updates and resources to help stakeholders prepare for a successful G2E 2021. Education activities will be held October 4-7, and the Expo Hall will be available on October 5-7 at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas.
