ange Media Partners and Game Play Network are teaming up to launch an iGaming joint venture, both parties reported on Wednesday. The global talent representation and branding company will partner with the online gaming business to produce “unparalleled talent-driven” games, according to a press release.

By having secured this deal, both companies will deliver iGaming experiences for Range Media Partners celebrity and brand clients, which include names spanning film, television, music, literary and activism. Additionally, Range will partner with GPN to develop new marketing strategies, create new capabilities for players, and “further enhance the overall player experience.”

GPN’s Gaming Platform, powered by Patented Reveal Technology, allows companies in the gaming industry to extend their services to online and land-based players across the US. It currently operates in 22 states. Through the creation of social style games, as well as traditional slots, the platform enables partners to offer customers a seamless iGaming experience.

The new partnership seeks to take advantage of online gaming’s rising popularity to allow “notable talent” the opportunity to design and curate lists of games for their personal networks. The partnership is motivated by the goal of “shaping the future of global gaming,” while furthering Range’s mission to optimize, forge and identify strategic partnerships for clients across all sectors of business.

“This groundbreaking announcement unites Range’s world-class talent and brand expertise with GPN’s unparalleled technology and market access,” said Pete Micelli, Range Media Partners CEO and co-founder. “As partners, we are distinctly situated to shape the future in social gaming entertainment.”

The new deal comes on the heels of an expansion of GPN’s management team, as well as traditional strategic iGaming partnerships announcements. Now, the blending of gambling revenue integrated into Range’s marketing power delivers “a game-changer” in both the entertainment industry and gaming industry, according to David Marshall, GPN’s CEO.

“Individual talent connecting directly with consumers is quickly surpassing traditional means of media distribution,” added Sam Kiki, GPN Chief Commercial Officer. “Our vision to introduce games with real money gambling features, connected and super-charged by top talent, seems like a natural and exciting extension.”
