GLI promotes Patrick Cottingham to Client Services Manager, other two as Senior Account Executives

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has promoted three client services staff to new positions. Patrick Cottingham is now Client Services Manager, and Jamie Garcia and Christos Karountzos are now Senior Account Executives.

In his new role as Client Services Manager, Cottingham will help clients navigate opportunities in gaming by taking full advantage of the broad range of services GLI offers to clients of all sizes. He will work closely with GLI leadership to drive sales and support the growing team of Account Executives and Client Service Coordinators, each of whom has a “unique focus for success” of suppliers and operators across North America, according to the company.

As Senior Account Executives, Garcia and Karountzos will work closely with Cottingham, their respective account teams and GLI’s internal Engineering, Mathematics, Quality Assurance, and other departments, to aid both new and existing customers meet their regulatory compliance goals.

Each have proven their abilities to support our growing customer base in the next chapters of their success. Moreover, their varied backgrounds across traditional land-based gaming, sports betting, and iGaming will greatly benefit industry stakeholders that have come to depend on them and GLI both. I am extremely proud of Patrick, Jamie and Christos and appreciate the enthusiasm, care, and attention they bring to their roles and our valued clientele on a daily basis.”

Last month, GLI also promoted Ginnie Hollis to Director of Engineering. Previously, she served as Senior Manager of Engineering.
