Mikaelian has been with GLI for more than 20 years, starting with the company as it opened its lab in South Africa. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager of Engineering. In her new role, she will lead GLI’s Engineering teams as they work closely with regulators, operators, and suppliers to provide testing services and customer satisfaction.

In an official press release, GLI Vice President of Engineering Sangeeta Reddy, stated: “We are thrilled to promote Malvina to Director of Engineering. She has a proven record of success as an engineer, as a manager in developing engineers, and delivering high-quality work. Her experience and knowledge continue to inspire her team members and illuminate GLI’s clients’ pathway in integrated compliance.”

Meanwhile, Myers joined GLI’s tribal and government client services team as a client services representative in 2021, previously serving as compliance and licensing manager for the Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission, and as Chair of the Oklahoma Tribal Regulators Association from 2014 to 2021. In her new role, she will manage the team that supports GLI’s state and tribal regulators in the United States.

On her appointment, GLI Vice President of Government Relations & General Counsel Kevin Mullally added: “From day one, Kelly has been a true leader for our state and tribal client services team. Her experience in compliance and licensing enables her to approach clients with a deep understanding of their needs and issues.”

The Client Solutions team has benefited from her enthusiastic approach to helping our clients, her organizational skills, and attention to detail,” the executive added. “She is a talented speaker and a relentless professional who does not stop until our clients succeed. In the past year, our client solutions team has achieved extraordinary success. We expect Kelly to help lead continued growth and development of every member of the team.”
