Melco Resorts and Entertainment has made significant changes to its leadership team, announcing three new appointments and the resignation of its current Chief Operating Officer, David Sisk.

According to an internal memo obtained by Macau News Agency, Alidad Tash is set to assume the role of Executive Vice President of Analytics and Gaming Operations for Macau. Tash previously served as Senior Vice President of Gaming Operations & Strategy at Melco in 2010 and has a background in strategic marketing at The Venetian Macao, Macau Business reported.

He introduced No Commission Baccarat at The Venetian Macao. Departing from Melco in 2016, he subsequently founded 2NT8 and served as the Managing Director for seven years. 2NT8 is a consultancy firm providing advisory services to clients in the casino and integrated mega-resort sectors across various locations, including Macau, Japan, Korea, Las Vegas, and Greece.

Stefan Bollhalder will join as Vice President of Hotels and Food & Beverage for City of Dreams Macau, bringing his experience from luxury hospitality roles at Hyatt Hotels, Shangri-la Paris, and Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono.

Starting April 1, Linda Switzer will assume the role of Vice President of Retail. With a tenure at Wynn Macau since 2007, she has been serving as Vice President of Retail for the company in recent years.

As per the report, Tash, Bollhalder, and Switzer will report to Evan Winkler, President and Board Director for Melco until further notice.

Alongside these appointments, Melco announced the resignation of COO David Sisk from Macau Resorts. The company is currently in the process of considering potential candidates for the position, with further announcements to follow the conclusion of the search.
