arimatch Ukraine announced Wednesday the launch of its large-scale platform dedicated to Responsible Gambling “Heart for support – head for the game”. The initiative, according to the company, “aims to provide society, gamblers and industry representatives with unique and diverse views on gambling”. Boxer Oleksandr Usyk has been appointed the first ambassador for the project.
“The goal is to build an understanding of how market operators can play an important role in preventing potential gambling problems”, Parimatch stated. “The company will focus on providing all necessary tools to help players in making responsible and reasonable decisions, as well as conduct educational activities for clients”.

The bookmaker’s website currently displays a self-monitoring system and a 24-hour support service that can help players choose a restrictive measure for their gambling activities.
In an official press release, Oleksandr Usyk shared why he decided to support the initiative of the company and said: “Willpower, intrinsic motivation, strategy are the key elements for the victory. It is important to maintain control during the game, to understand that this is the only way to get positive emotions, and you can always pause or get help if needed. This is how I see the concept of responsible game. Therefore, I joined the Parimatch initiative, which will increase players’ awareness of the principles of fair, responsible and transparent game”.

The launch of the communication and educational platform dedicated to Responsible Gambling: “Heart for support – brain for the game!” is part of the global development strategy of Parimatch Ukraine. In partnership with ambassadors of responsible gaming, the company will proceed to forming a culture of gambling as a leisure activity and raise players’ awareness. Additionally, the company plans to develop technical monitoring tools through artificial intelligence and player assistance.
