Therefore, and with the support of the first manufacturers and suppliers interested in this idea, we can announce the first event for the market in 2021.”
“SAGSE has been the most popular event in the region for many years, and during the pandemic, we have worked hard to offer different alternatives to the sector to stay together and cope in the best way possible with this crisis that we have all experienced. Today, Miami offers us a place where an event can be held in a safe, reliable, and professional way, designed for the Latin American market and not concentrating our eyes on the United States, where today there are other more important events, and also Florida has an access to vaccines that many find a second attraction to join a first face-to-face business meeting. This puts us on the right path and we can now announce this event, which will take place in just under three months in Miami Beach,” added Burak.
SAGSE Miami! will take place between August 24 and 26 under a “VIP Networking” format, with round tables, academic events, and a new “Beach Club Networking” format, on which no further information has been given yet.
The event will also have complementary activities such as a “Full Day VIP Yacht Experience”, the “VIP Rooftop Event”, and during the official announcement, they anticipated the presence of regulators, land-based and online operators, suppliers, and personnel of the lottery segment from Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, Aruba, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Panama, Ecuador, and Costa Rica.

Additionally, Burak pointed out that this week the 2020 winners of the SAGSE Awards will be announced, based on the surveys carried out by Monografie among hundreds of executives and businessmen in the sector. “The names of the awardees will be revealed on Wednesday, June 2, one month after its launch, and we have more than 2,500 voters who have registered their preferences, to highlight the best of the best of 2020,” he explained.
“Although the digital polls close today at midnight, the participation has been so auspicious and numerous that we understand that there will no longer be surprises, and the winners are clearly defined,” added the organizer on Monday, as he invited the last interested in the Ranking to participate in the Ranking SAGSE USA and the Ranking SAGSE Europe.
