Wapner Newman, a Philadelphia-based personal injury firm, has filed a lawsuit against Parx Casino on behalf of a 71-year-old man – a guest of the casino – who the lawsuit contends was “brutally assaulted and robbed” around 2:30 in the morning on October 1, 2022. According to data released by the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau (DICJ), Macau has reported another month of slowdown with gaming revenue falling 10.7% year-over-year in October.
