At least four of Atlantic City casinos are planning new investments for 2022 amid the new tax relief approved by New Jersey and new challenges from neighboring, emerging markets. On Monday, Cambodian police arrested 15 workers and union members protesting against layoffs at the country’s biggest casino run by Hong-Kong listed NagaCorp. Some of them now face legal action. The Colorado Division of Gaming on Monday reported a slight decline in Colorado sports bets compared to October’s record total. The $475.4 million handle in November was down 3.3% from October’s $491,4M total, but represented a 105%  growth versus November 2020.
